- Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended sent directly from the educational institution(s) to this office. Transcripts are NOT required for Substitute and Support Staff applicants.

Applications and the documents submitted shall become the property of the Diocese of Dallas Catholic Schools Office. Any information submitted with or in support of an application may be revealed to any persons who may participate in the selection of employees.
Applications will be placed on file and considered if and when vacancies occur in an appropriate field. Your application will remain active for two years.
Please note, jobs posted on the website include any listings the Catholic Schools Office has been asked to post for both Diocesan and Private schools. The application process for Private schools is not the same as for Diocesan schools. Please contact the Private schools for their requirements.
