Why Catholic Schools?

In 2010, the Diocese of Dallas began a strategic planning process to review the effectiveness and longterm sustainability of our Catholic School system. That process produced two reports, Reach for the Future: A Blueprint for Excellence (LINK) and Our Students, Our Future: A Roadmap for Excellence (LINK). Put simply, the report required development across five domains: Academic Excellence, Community Vitality, Catholic Identity, Facilities and Finances.

Our Schools use these domains to ensure that the education our students receive is better than any alternative at any price, because we are forming students to be academically excellent, engaged members of the community; spiritually, ethically and morally grounded; and committed to changing the world for the better.
