Catholic education is an investment in the whole child, building a pathway to future success. The Catholic Schools Office Tuition Assistance Program supports families who want their children to attend schools in the Diocese of Dallas. Funding for this assistance comes from the Dallas Diocesan Education Endowment Trust, the Bishop’s Invitational Golf Tournament, and other funds that support families with the greatest financial need.
To be eligible for tuition assistance, a family must:
- Annually complete a FACTS Grant and Aid application
- Demonstrate financial need
- Meet the Diocesan school’s entrance requirements
- Be current on all financial obligations with any Diocesan school
To complete the application process, you will:
- Complete the online FACTS Grant and Aid Application
- Submit supporting documentation requested from FACTS
- Ensure all information is accurate and submitted on time

Priority Application Round: October 20, 2024 - December 20, 2024 (Open only to students currently enrolled in a diocesan Catholic school)
Regular Application Round: December 21, 2024 – March 20, 2025 (Open to new and current families)
October 20, 2024 : Priority Applications Open for Currently Enrolled Students
December 20, 2024 : Priority Applications Due
December 21, 2024 : Regular Applications Open for Current and New Students
February 28, 2025 : Priority Application Families Receive Financial Aid Awards
March 20, 2025 : Regular Applications Due
May 16, 2025 : Regular Application Families Receive Financial Aid Awards
