The Admissions/Recruiting Coordinator works closely with the principal and others to build, promote, and maintain student enrollment. Duties include but may not be limited to:

  • Compile data to identify potential students
  • Coordinate and oversee outreach initiatives to promote HFCA and recruit new students
  • Schedule and assist with school tours for prospective families
  • Coordinate registration processes for new and current students
  • Assist families to complete financial assistance applications
  • Coordinate distribution of tuition and financial aid information
  • Monitor and communicate with families regarding of status tuition and fee receivables
  • Prepare updated reports on student enrollment data for use by principal and pastor
  • Assist in the school office when needed


  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Analytical capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Experience with RenWeb and FACTS Systems (desirable, but not required)
  • High School diploma
