2023-2024 Teacher -4th/5th Grade

4^th and 5th grade teaching position at OLPH School of Dallas beginning August 7, 2023

The opening is for teaching 4^th and 5^th  grade students a combination of Social Studies/Math/Science: We need a new teacher to join our family to support us in our commitment to form inclusive, effective, and ethical servant leaders.

Skills:

Demonstrates and supports the philosophy of Catholic education.

Plan for instruction based on the diocesan curriculum standards.

Knowledge of Social Studies/Math/Science Curricula and instruction.

Demonstrated ability and zeal for improving students’ reading and writing skills.

What we look for in addition:

Love for instructing students.

Passion and strong ability for working with a diverse group of students.

Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills.

Be a positive and inspirational role model.

Create an inclusive classroom environment.

Create thoughtful lesson plans.

Maintain a current program of professional growth.

Requirements:

1. A Bachelors Degree from an accredited university.
2. Have 12credit hours or more course work in Education.
3. Teaching experience preferred, but not required.
