Start Date: August 1st, 2023
Responsibilities:
Create a positive and engaging learning environment for kinder students.
Help to develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on the curriculum guidelines.
Help to facilitate instruction in various subjects, including language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies.
Foster the spiritual and moral development of students through faith-based activities and teachings.
Help to establish a supportive and inclusive classroom community that values diversity and promotes mutual respect.
Help to monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support the overall development of students.
Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with educational best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience working with elementary school students, preferably in a Catholic or faith-based environment.
knowledge of child development and instructional strategies appropriate for first-grade students.
Familiarity with the Catholic faith and a commitment to integrating faith into the curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
Dedication to ongoing professional growth and learning.
